Meet at a local video-game arcade. Have two rolls of quarters and check out the local clientele while you enjoy everything the world of modern quarter (or dollar) games has to offer. Be sure to play games both as a team and in competition with each other.
Suds Club
Meet for a date at the local laundromat. Discuss hot versus cold water and colors versus white while both doing your respective loads of dirty laundry
I Love Paris in the Springtime
Have a picnic, Parisian style. Ride bicycles to a creek or river bank. Wear berets while you enjoy brie with baguettes and a bottle of French wine (or water). Take turns teaching each other French words and techniques
Shop Till You Drop
Get dressed up in your best and go shopping for the best. Head down to the nicest shopping district in town and window shop in all the most expensive stores, trying on clothes and yuckin it up with the muckity mucks. Don’t buy anything. Then head on over to the closest low-priced diner and have cheap burger and shake
Getting to know ya...
'Both of you take the time to write down around 15-20 personal questions on little pieces of paper. Put them into two different hats and take turns drawing one out of your date’s hat and answering the question. Be as honest as you can. If you refuse to answer there should be consequences (these can be of any sort you like, agreed upon by both people).
Going to the Sock Hop
Recreate your parents first date by doing it 50’s style. Go to the shiniest diner you can find (any place with roller-skating servers will work as well) and have burgers, fries, and milkshakes. After dinner head out either the bowling alley for some 10-pin, to the drive-in movie theatre for some necking or to the roller-rink for some couples skate.
